Pom Poko
Raccoons are magical creatures, they are shape shifters and love tempura. If you have not seen Pom Poko I highly recommend it as well as all of the other Studio Ghibli films, they're brilliant.

Big Sky, Big Dead Animals
Yellowstone National Park is amazing and in Big Sky territory you get bigger animals. Alive- One of the many Bison that roam about the park. Sometimes they wonder off and are shot by angry ranchers and some of them fall into boiling pits of water in of the thermal areas. It's a hard life. Dead- Lots of fresh carcasses in the spring, the bears and wolves have definitely been eating well.
